1. Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance
If you receive:
• An incorrect item
• A defective product
• An item damaged during transit
We will:
• Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Provide a full refund, and coordinate collection of the item from your location
2. Made-to-Order Products
Most of our artworks are custom-produced on demand.
For this reason:
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, selection, or preference changes
• We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled shortly after placement before production begins.
• If the order has already entered production or dispatch stage, a partial refund may apply
• Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing deduction

4. Return Requests
